It did not arrive in its original box, nor with its original charger, but the state of the phone is as if it left the factory, the performance is good, its screen is in perfect condition and it does not heat up when charging

This phone works perfectly came in really good condition no scratches dents etc. only thing is it has 87% battery life and it does die fast but I’m just going to replace it through my insurance with AT&T! I recommend you should buy it! And I purchased excellent condition option.

Phone is very good shape, but maximum battery capacity is 89%
Phone is in great condition and functions perfectly. The thing that sucks the most though is the battery capacity life. It really sucked when I found out it was at 89%, only a few away from having to service it. The last iphone I had bought “Renewed” was a store model, but still had like 98% battery life.

I’m now a believer in purchasing refurbished phones!
This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I was skeptical. However, I could not be happier with my purchase. My iPhone 13 Pro was in excellent condition. There were minor scratches near the charging port and that was it!! I’ll be looking to purchase a refurbished phone next time as well.

I am so impressed with the seller and phone.I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was so worried there would be scratched and dents on it since it was pre owned. There was not a single scratch or dent on my new phone. I could not believe how perfect it was.It was packaged great in an off brand box. No original Apple box. (I already knew I would not be receiving that) it did have a charger cord and base plug in. There was also a little key to open the SIM card slot.My battery life is 100%. I was also worried about this because others said it was less then.I had no issues with adding my SIM card from my old iPhone 8 Plus into the new iPhone 13 Pro. I did order an unlocked iPhone and received an unlocked iPhone.Over all I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend. Hopefully I covered everything.

Its very great honestly
This product is very good to be honest, no scratches or anything whatsoever. Only problem is that it overheats a bit to quick when downloading a game and playing a game. But besides that it isn’t bad at all considering it being a renewed phone. Rating it 5 stars despite the constant overheating.

As others have reported, the ONLY differences are you may receive this device in different packaging and/or receive a different charger. Other than that, the device shows absolutely NO evidence of it being “re-conditioned.” It is NO different from receiving a brand NEW device!

It arrived in like new condition. Battery health was 100%, no scratches or cracks. Functions as it should. The only problem that I had with it is that they sent a usb to lightning charging cable but a usbc charging block. No big deal for me at least.

Love the look but I got a refurbished one and the person who had the phone before me got banned on Snapchat and snap remembers the IP address so it won’t let me access the app very upset about it

I wanted the iPhone 13 Pro vs the iPhone 14 Pro. Watched prices on 13 Pro refurb go up and down over a few months. Finally decided to go for it and…. It turned out great. I’ve had it for 3 mos now and it’s worked just fine. It has completely met my expectations. It, well, it works. Battery works great. Screen looked brand new. No discernible damage anywhere on the device. Setup went smooth. I like the fact it has a SIM card since I have a work account phone that I’m not the account holder on. I can’t call Verizon, an authorized person on the account would have to. Since it takes a sim card, I just popped old one out of my old 5e (yes, I had a 5e) and shazam! it worked. I would recommend to others. In fact, I bought another; an iPhone 13 mini for my spouse. So there you have it. I’m giving it 5 stars because I have nothing against the phone, the process, etc. that I can think of. Hopefully you’ll have the same experience I had with both phones I purchased. The 2nd phone I did have one little super minor strange thing that was as simple as clicking through, but it was confusing at first, but I’ll include that on the review for my spouse’s phone (iPhone 13 Mini). This review is for my iPhone 13 Pro.

I was super exited but scared while I was picking up my phone from UPS. Many people on the reviews said they got scratches on their phone and that it did not have a high battery capacity. I was surprised when I opened up my package and saw that my phone had no scratches at all. I was also surprised with the battery capacity. Mine was at 95 which is pretty good. I feel that I made a pretty good decision buying this Renewal Amazon iPhone.

First time owning an IPhone. Has practical use. Nothing wow worthy. Doesn’t have some of the cool stuff that Androids have. Battery life sucks like an Android. Camera is just a tad better. You have to pay for majority of apps that will allow you access to things and you must have a wireless airpod to listen to audio( which by the way is terrible for your health). It made me realize how clever Apple’s IT and Marketing team is, because they spend all their time making cool accessories and apps for ppl to purchase to add on to a standard phone that also costs a fortune. Make ppl pay monthly fees for everything. They’re really banking from every angle! But the next time I get another phone, I’m going back to Android! Don’t be a slave to material things.

Llegó antes de lo esperado. Tiene unos pequeños rayones en la cámara que realmente no afectan a la hora de tomar fotos y tenía 95% de condición de batería. Por todo lo demás súper bien, el cable con el que venía es el original, el cubo sí era uno genérico. Lo he estado usando por unos días y no he tenido ningún problema.

Absolutely flawless purchase!
I made this purchase with some trepidation. However, everything went great. I ordered a like new iPhone 13 Pro and I could not detect a single flaw. Battery health was 100%. Additionally, my unit had to be shipped cross country and it arrived 18 hours after I placed the order by FedEx. And that was during the holiday season. Good quality with 100% battery life
I have wondered the quality of a renewed product before order.But I was surprised by the quality and condition.What a clean screen with 100% BL.Only two tiny scratches on the side frame but can’t see with case.Activated on Sep. 2022 and applecare is still valid for another 7 months.

Bought another refurbished phone and it was decent so I tried it again, this 13 pro showed up looking almost brand new without a single scratch on it. So far it is running flawlessly and battery life was at 100% so it should last a while for a fraction of the cost.

Phone came 3 days earlier than expected and is (almost) perfect! No scratches or dents anywhere, works very smoothly, amazing camera. Only thing is the battery is at 87%. But that’s still good considering what good condition it’s in, i’ve bought “excellent” condition iphones in the past and they had minor scratches on the side, this one is basically brand new!

Great value for near perfect device
Bought unlocked from seller Avant Solutions, refurbished in “excellent condition.” Arrived a day early with charger, not apple brand but still worked. No scratches, battery health was at 97 percent, and I had no issues switching out my SIM card from my iphone XR into the new 13 pro. Worked immediately. For the price and for a refurbished phone, I couldn’t have asked for more and the faster than expected shipping was a nice surprise. I recommend this seller.

I was debating if I wanted to buy a renewed phone mainly because of physical condition and battery health but the phone came with no scratches and when checking the battery health it was at 100. Did come with some cheap charger and not packaged the best just stuck it in a box with a bubble wrap sleeve however it did work phone got to me with not a single bit of damage and in perfect working condition wouldn’t be able to tell it was used without the battery life being slightly drained
