Love it.
It is quick, has a long battery life. Screen is very responsive. I bought it solely to use with procreate for sublimation, my only complaint is it does not let me print since it only uses airprint and my printer is not compatible with airprint.

Amazing! Except the volume button!
Screen is beautiful. And this iPad definitely charges faster than my previous. The only design flaw is that the volume up/down buttons change when you flip the iPad from portrait mode to landscape and vise versa. It’s annoying that there’s no way to adjust this in settings.

Had to order it twice, the first one sent was an 11 and 4th generation 128 mb I ordered 12.9 256 mb 6th generation which finally came on second order. The boxes have the same photo on the front and look identical, I can see the confusion. Read the back of your box before opening to make sure it states the right product then of course go to settings and look at what it is. That’s where i saw I had been shipped the wrong product after setting it up and going into settings. Buyer Beware

I Love this Thing!
I was going back and forth a lot, wondering if I should get the 12.9in or not, because the reviews of its size are so mixed. But I finally decided to pull the trigger and I’m so glad I did. I have no problem throwing this in my backpack and carrying with me daily. It does have a weight to it. I’d say lighter than my laptop but of course heavier than the iPad mini. The screen is gorgeous, I love streaming videos and doing digital creations with that much real estate of screen. I haven’t had any issues with the body getting hot at all, the battery also doesn’t drain fast. I’m very happy with this purchase

A Minimally Flawed Beast
The 2022 iPad Pro with the M2 chip is not perfect, but it is the best tablet on the market. And in this reviewer’s humble opinion, it’s not really close.Personally, I am moving from the M1 iPad Pro to the M2 iPad Pro. My wife needed a new tablet and I had some desire for cellular connection, so she took my M1 and I upgraded to the M2 with cellular.The upgrade in performance has been relatively unnoticeable from M1 to M2, save the new hover function with the Apple Pencil. I use my iPad for photography editing, so being able to keep my fingers off the display out in the daylight is a huge plus for seeing and quick editing photos. Outside of that, iPadOS really limits just how much more power you can get from the M1 to the M2. Heck, even the 2018 iPad Pro had all the power I truly needed.There have been a significant number of complaints regarding the camera placement on the iPad Pro vs other iPads in the lineup. A certain contingent of people buy the iPad Pro, not for its pro capabilities, but for its larger screen size. Personally, I do not use my iPad for Zoom calls or FaceTime calls very often, and when I do, the camera position rarely bothers me. I am just used to it. That said, if you are purchasing the iPad Pro and doing video calls is a function you will use often, the camera position is probably going to annoy you. Why would Apple put the landscape camera on the lower end iPads and not the top-of-the-line models? Pretty simple: Apple Pencil magnet.I have also not experienced any of the thermal or battery life issues that others have mentioned in their comments. This is not to say that their experiences are incorrect, just that I cannot comment on that.Overall, the 2022 iPad Pro is nearly identical in all measurables to the 2021 iPad Pro. And for many, even the 2018 iPad Pro will be sufficient for their needs. If you are looking, I’d not hesitate to purchase the 2021 model instead of the 2022. If you just want to ensure that you have the maximum number of years of support, then paying extra for the 2022 iPad Pro with M2 chip may be worth it.

Works Great, Bought used not even a scratch
This IPad has been great. I’ve never owned something this expensive or fast, so it was a bit of a learning process for my uneducated self. I mainly was attracted to this product because of the drawing and editing app Procreate. So I got the m2 pencil with my order as well. In regards to drawing, my mind is blown and I couldn’t be happier. The amount of detail and tools is awesome, great iPad and works great with procreate. The tablet is so big it feels like I’m just drawing in my sketchbook. I’ve never liked big tablets but this one is awesome because of the drawing capabilities. Great for watching videos and I haven’t lost my Apple Pencil at all because of the charging magnet. It keeps it on there pretty well and it’s very easy for me to stick it back on when I’m taking breaks from projects. I believe this tablet is for anyone who would like to take digital art to the next level, because this is the best product on the market for digital art in my opinion. I can lightly apply color to each pixel, undo anything, quickly and easily edit, and it’s an already fast iPad to begin with. In my opinion, very good. I’ve let many people try out the drawing capabilities because I’ve found a lot of people are curious. They love it too and I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you 🖤

Great for some things, meh for others.
You can’t beat some of the art apps available. I would not replace my computer with it though. My school is google based, and the app functionality is significantly lacking compared to the browser based features. Apple all but forces you to download and use the apps. I was hoping to ditch the laptop, alas, it isn’t meant to be.

IPad 12.9”
I am using this as my primary tool for writing, emails, news, weather, and information gathering in general. It is working well for me. The screen size is good, bright, and similar to my 15” Dell laptop but much lighter. I purchased the Magic Keyboard with the iPad and love it. It is simple to use and operate. Battery last all day for me. I am away from home, traveling, and in need of something that is light and integrates well with my iPhone. This dose both right out of the box. I was a little hesitant about the storage, I purchased the 256 Gb option, and I am pleasantly surprised. I have iCloud services that I pay for, and online services like Google Drive that are simple to use. I am using the free apps for writing, but will possibly purchase the adobe products for earlier manipulation of documents.

Lightning Fast M2!!!!
I’ve been an Apple user since the early 90s. Im super happy with the new ipad M2. Was everything I expected.. Im a published photographer and now do all of my editing on this iPad. The new update M2 chip is lightning fast and has no issues handling large digital medium format photo files! Now with the new iOS 16.3 update, I can now connect to a large external monitor and split my workflow between two screens.. The only hiccup I had with the purchase was with the Amazon delivery person leaving the box on my porch well it was raining instead of at the side door where it was dry.. Lucky I caught it early and only the outside shipping box got wet and the inner Apple box was completely dry.. So no issues…

Good but…
Bought this tablet for classes. I chose WiFi and cellular for those days with power outages that I can use data to continue my classes. How ever I purchase a sim from the phone company, I inserted the sim the tab shows that there is a working sim but the phone app is no where to be seen on the ipad. I deleted all the apps (factory reset) and that didn’t solve the issue. Followed a lot of tips from YouTube but to no avail.

Exactly what I ordered as described.
I ordered this to replace my last one as it fell from my bike and was ran over by vehicles. This is the latest one and of coarse they had to change things. Even the plug in is different. So now I have to learn new ways, again, frustrating. Oh well, when you quit learning, your dead. Sure is nice to have a new screen, and it works nicely. I’ll figure it all out and will be happy with it like I was with my last one. And you know what, that last one still worked which amazed everyone. Broken glass screen, slightly bent, just like a timex. Took a liken and kept on ticking!

Wow ,I Love The Size of 12.9 ,So much To SEE !
At first I thought do I really need the 12.9 inch ,coming from the 10.2 I thought,I’d try it first from Amazon ,for 30 days and see ,if not I’d send back ,and get a smaller one. Then Wow Wow ,Wow ! I didn’t realize how much more I needed this bigger screen size until I tried it out. It is Absolutely the Best ! It’s like having a Laptop ,but so much more convenient.It’s easy to take anywhere ,I go .I also love the Face ID ,no more Touch ID on everything with this new technology.I could go on and on but I wont bore you ,I will tell you , I definitely didn’t return it !! I was also able to make payments on it through Amazons payment plan 0% interest free payment plan.I would Say order you one …you will Definitively SEE !

Near Perfect Laptop Replacement for Most Users
Coming from a 2018 iPad Pro 11, I wasn’t sure it would be worth an upgrade, but decided to try it anyways after I started doing more photo editing and other more moderate usage tasks. Overall I’ve been extremely happy with my decision and the iPad overall for some of the reasons listed below.Display:- way better than I was expecting, even compared to the previous iPad pro. The extra brightness and HDR content on the XDR display is really noticeable (even during daily use), especially if you have a phone or camera that can capture videos in HDR.- Extra screen space from the 12.9 has been great, though more of a personal preference in that regardSpeakers:- great as always, no noticeable difference personallyPerformance:- while my 2018 iPad Pro wasn’t experiencing issues with most tasks day to day, this newer m2 pro has been a beast at tackling everything I’ve thrown at it with no noticeable performance impacts or slow downs. Working with an external SSD copying and organizing hundreds of GBs of data at once (managing old family photos, videos, files from years of backups) worked seamlessly, never felt the need to use a full mac/pc to manage things elsewhere.Software:- Might be a bit controversial, but I actually think iPads are better for most people for daily use in terms of applications. While you won’t be able to install certain apps that you might want to from the internet, the vast size difference in the App Store between iOS/iPadOS and macOS is staggering. Most any task you want to accomplish (note taking, drawing, photo editing, cooking, etc.) will have a variety of apps that will be solid to use.Overall I’ve been super impressed with this iPad, and feel confident in saying that for most average users or hobbyists doing multimedia work (photography, video editing, 3D modeling, etc.), this would be the perfect laptop replacement (especially when paired with the Magic Keyboard). While the iPad software still leaves some things to be desired, improvements including stage manager and other features have been more than enough for my use cases for doing all my personal projects since getting it.While I do love this overall, the price and value you get for it definitely isn’t for everyone. If you’re someone (like my parents) that doesn’t care as much about things like screen refresh rate for smoothness, or can’t tell a difference in screen quality between iPad screens on display at a store, then this might not be for you. My fiancé has an iPad Air that supports the latest Apple Pencil and she loves it for her use case (primarily watching videos, social media, and sketching designs for outfits she’s making).If you can justify the price hike though, I’m sure this will be an iPad that you’ll be able to use as your main “computer” and love for years to come. I anticipate I’ll be using this for at least another 5 years personally.

Fantastic Product
I had a first gen iPad Pro I got back in 2015 which I use pretty much exclusively for art, and tech has come a long way since then. The new iPad is, comparatively, incredibly fast with 4x the RAM and 8x the storage.What really surprised me is if you have a previous iPad, Apple has a really slick way of linking two iPads together so you can move all your files. It was fast and easy! Little unhappy with having to buy a new Apple Pencil, but that too is also a hot, quality product.I’m now doing 8,000×10,000 resolution illustrations on my iPad, 20 layers, no problems. It’s great.

I bought this item for my daughter’s graduation, it was too big so I bought her a 10.9 for her and kept the 12.9… I must say it is a very awesome pad. I never liked iPads or iPhones, but this one is far most the best I’ve had!

Cheap iPad for kids. It’s an iPad. They are currently still updating them. It’s just for video watching, some small games, etc. Great for a kid or a teen. I noticed my apple pen2 doesn’t work on it.

Screen is more square than rectangular — odd when the monitor world is rectangular/landscape
Sad that Apple’s redesign made the screen almost square when the monitor world is rectangular/landscape.I’m not sure what Apple was thinking and I wish that I would have waited until they realized the shape is wrong.

Doesn’t keep a charge very long. I have to charge it all the time. I love the screen, and makes playing games easier , and watching movies more enjoyable. But like I said doesn’t keep a charge.

Needs to be recharged daily if you use it a lot.
Another phenomenal product from Apple. Mine did go blank after a month, but it turned out it could recover if you press Vol-, then Vol+ in quick succession, then immediately the single button on the side (which you hold down for up to 20 seconds).

Noticalable Upgrade to 2017 iPad Pro
The current generation (2022) iPad Pro no longer has the bevels on the sides of the screen so is smaller with the same 12.9″ size screen. The picture quality is so much better than the 2017 version, and the speed of loading is so much faster. The USBC connection is also an upgrade to the Lightning port. So glad I made the decision to spring for this upgrade. Definitely worth it.
