Better than I thought
I received the phone within 5 days and it came with no scratches or cracks. I went on the about in the settings and it was completely unlocked and the battery capacity came to 100%. It was like the phone was completely new. Very satisfied with this purchase ^_^

Great deal
The phone was flawless. No scratches, and it actually was unlocked, not still connected to anyone elseâs number (which I was worried about). I would absolutely buy another phone from these guys in the future if I needed to. I highly recommend the iPhone14 Plus if you can get a good discount on it like I did. Itâs lighter than the Pro Max models, so itâs easier to hold. Great deal.

I was worried about buying a used iPhone on Amazon as Iâve never done it before, I also got anxious because the package was 1-2 days late, but it finally arrived today, itâs in mint condition no scratches or scuffs on it, the battery capacity is still at 100%, came with a cable and dock, kinda sad the cable isnât lightning to usb c so you canât take advantage of fast charging, but for 700 bucks it isnât a big deal, I highly recommend buying from this company, just donât be nervous if itâs a day or two late lol

Fits the hand sort of diligently
I’m a simple man. I see cool thing, I purchase. But when it came down to upgrading, it was either the Iphone 11 pro max or the 14 plus, and no other option in between. I fondled with the thought of downsizing, but I knew I would have regrets in the end. The 13 pro max would have been on my radar if only the reneweds did not cost as much as the 14 pro max new. What an interesting find.In actuality, it was the 14 plus raw, new, fresh a virgin straight from the Apple mother store. I wasn’t about to succumb to the used and abused market, though they were an infinitely greater value, yet they worked against my hubris. The 11 pro max would be straight from Mother Apple’s renewed store as well, because I’m a battery snob and my not-so-pleasant Best Buy battery replacement journey was less than pleasant.But look, here I am at Amazon’s renewed page, and I wonder why that is. Maybe I reasoned that since the 14 plus is less than a year old, their renewed stock should surely be fresher than the older inventory of ever-aging Iphones. I caved at bought the phone. Needless to say, I have had it for less than 10 minutes and I am rather excited. Physically the phone has some scratches but internally it is sound. Money well spent I should say, or maybe not, since I am at heart slightly implusive.

Honestly was very hesitant on buying a 14 plus online. However, I wanted to gift myself because I was promoted into a higher position at my job. Sometimes, you gotta spoil yourself. Everything was Awesome!
As a college student, I needed a new phone that would last. I was hesitant at first about buying a renewed device but everything was NEW. It came with the original 20W charger and the OEM Apple cable. The phone was brand new with no scratches and dings at all! IT EVEN HAD A 99% battery health. Overall I am very very satisfied with this purchase.

It should’ve been easier to transfer everything from my iphone 11
The actual phone seems as good as a brand new phone. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on things like battery life yet. My old iPhone had a physical SIM card so most of my contacts were stored on that and I still haven’t found a way to easily transfer all my numbers from my old phone en masse and keep on having to airdrop contacts from my old phone to my new phone every time an unrecognised number appears as a caller or text message.The touch screen is TOO responsive in certain apps so, for example, if I rotate the phone whilst watching Youtube videos on the phone, if I’m not super careful, it suddenly skips to the next video or hits a rewind. I’ve also found it problematic if I’m writing a text and using the sweep action on the keyboard and make a mistake, when I hit the delete button two words (or more) back get deleted.I’ve also found the camera doesn’t want to focus on close up photos… All in all, I’m not convinced I made a wose choice spending this much money on a phone that is yet to prove itself as a good purchase. Hopefully it’s just a question of getting used to it.

Love my new phone!
My ânewâ phone is incredible! This refurbished iPhone 14 Plus is like new â the battery is at 100% battery capacity, has no scratches, charges quickly and the charge lasts so much longer than my old iPhone 8 Plus. I have purchased two refurbished items through Amazonâ this phone and a hard drive for my desktop computer. Both have been excellent products. I would not hesitate to consider Amazonâs refurbished items.

It’s all good except for the charger adapter
The phone is in great condition as described. Fast shipment. However, the charger adapter got very hot quickly to the extent it stopped charging. I have another spare adapter, so the problem is “solved”. Otherwise, I would give it a 5-star.

Freezes a lot
The phone outward appearance is fine. Although as many other people posted they removed the complimentary screen protector, I did not. Only ongoing issues I have it is slow and or freezes unless Iâm on Wi-Fi. Even on Wi-Fi sometimes itâs slow.

Battery life
I love my phone. It came in great shape, good charge, and works fast. I love the battery life- iâve had it unplugged since 7 am yesterday and itâs now 2 pm the following day and iâm finally running on my last 10%. Of course i havenât been on it constantly so that helps too. There are a few things about the camera i noticed – it has a hard time focusing on closer photos. and the front camera has a hard time focusing also unless youâre in direct light. Otherwise nothing wrong with the phone

Solid purchase
