Great iPad and great seller
I recently received my iPad. I was a little skeptical at first, because it’s hard to know what condition a renewed product is in without seeing it first. I had been looking at these models for a while, and after watching many reviews about the new M1 iPad, I decided that this would be the right model for me.With Apple’s increased price on the new 12.9” iPad, to me, it made more sense to go with an older iPad with more storage capacity. Most reviews I have read about the iPad processors said that even the processor in the 2018 model was overkill for most apps. I do not use this device for pro level tasks, so my needs may not be as much as others.On to the iPad I received. If I didn’t know that this was a refurbished product, there would be no way to tell. There are no scratches or signs of use on the body and the screen is flawless. It looks like it came right out of an Apple box.I did have a problem with the charging cable, and the seller was super responsive. My issue was resolved quickly and in a very courteous manner.I have seen other reviews on Amazon where buyers were not so happy. Since there is a 90 day Amazon guarantee on renewed products, I figured the risk was low if I did receive a dud and I could just get a new iPad. I am very happy that I chose to go with a refurbished iPad.If you choose to purchase a renewed iPad, keep in mind that it is renewed, not brand new, so YMMV. However, with the Amazon guarantee and the seller’s responsiveness, I would recommend this seller.

Just received my “Renewed” 12.9″ 1TB WiFi iPad Pro (3rd Gen). Look’s Great so Far!
As most others described, it arrived in non-Apple packaging. But it was packed well enough. In fact, the iPad itself was covered in what appeared to be clean Apple pIastic wraparound. The iPad itself was flawless. I examined it closely and have found no visible scratches, no dents, or bends. It looks brand new. It also had no engraved message on the back. It makes me wonder where these “renewed”units come from. Are they from people who wanted to exchange for a Cellular iPad after opening the box? As I said, the one I received looked brand new, with no signs of any repairs. I booted right up into iOS device setup. I experienced no problems with the setup, and everything functioned exactly as I expected. As most others have described here, the charger wasn’t an original Apple 18W charger. It was some off-brand Chinese 15W USB-C charger. It does work, and I might use it, but the cable is built into the power plug, therefore it’s non-removable or usable as a data cable. But I expected that, so I also bought a well-reviewed 45W charger that included a 6′ removable USB-C power/data cable and USB-A to USB-C adapter ($33 total). The iPad was already 78% charged when I powered it up, and it looks another half hour or so for it to reach 100%. Hopefully the battery is also in excellent shape and will last for many more charge cycles.I checked the iPad’s serial number in Apple’s Warranty Lookup webpage. It showed it had a valid purchase date, but didn’t list the date. It also indicated that both telephone support and the standard Apple Warranty were expired. I normally don’t buy extended warranties for electronic devices, but I decided to make an exception this time. Mainly because I saved so much on the purchase, but also because it’s the most expensive & portable tablet I’ve ever purchased. Hopefully I’ll never need to take advantage of it, but it was much less expensive than AppleCare and includes twice the coverage period. Maybe I got suckered on the extended warranty, but even a single repair will likely cost more than that warranty purchase.So after just a couple hours of use, I am very satisfied with and would definitely recommend this “Renewed” iPad Pro to anyone who wants one at a huge cost savings over a brand new one.

Bad Charge Port
The iPad pro was just as expected except in one area. Appearance was great. Functionality was as billed by Apple. Seller was responsive, but because of the cost and the fact it was purchased online I was antsy. The problem was it had a defective charge port. That’s an issue that can be an issue with any phone/ tablet or portable electronics. Unfortunately I had to return the product and it was even more frustrating because the seller would not expect the iPad back unless the tablet had been unlocked or reset. It would not charge and the tablet died so I couldn’t. Somehow they were able to power. It up, but would not refund ne until I provided password to reset the iPad. All if this is understandable, but it was a frustrating experience. I’m not sure I’ll buy another used iPad as a result again. I checked with apple and to fix the charge port could cost as much as $250. Insurance may have helped, but that negates buying a secondhand tablet.

My 2018 iPad Pro with 512 GB of RAM is great. It came in a generic box clearly marked. It was in a plastic bag and was covered with an original clear plastic sheet around the unit. The charger is generic but, works better than my 35 W charger I originally received from apple with an earlier iPad.I purchased a pencil for this and the Apple Pencil 2 works perfectly.You have to remember to click it to the top before you use the pencil to adequately connected via Bluetooth. I also have an iPhone XS max and they are so similar that once you learn one, you can easily use the other without the home button. I purchased this to use for video editing.I am using LumaFusion 2.0, and it is unbelievable.Easily edit 4K 6 video streams at once.This machine is a little workhorse and will even do a job as good as my Mac Pro tin can. My next acquisition will be a WD My Passport SSD 2 TB hard drive. It is made to use with the iPad and LumaFusion. The three work together and are in match made in heaven for editing on the fly. The machine I received is a keeper. Others may have received machines of lesser quality but, this is excellent for my use.I wish this company also sold theWD my passport SSD drive renewed. I would buy it from them in a heartbeat.Tom I forgot to mention that I also purchased the OtterBox for this unit. It works wonderfully. The only problem is there is not an easy way to hold the pen in place for storage. As you can see in the photographs, I added some Velcro to hold the pan in place. It works very well. It doesn’t stand up at the right angle but, I normally don’t place it on a table when I’m using it. I am a firm believer in using OtterBox for my electronic equipment.I am normally heavy duty and industrial for everything.I have never lost a piece of equipment housed in an outer box.

UPDATE: After nearly five months of heavy daily work use, everything stated below in original review still stands. Not a single problem. Best iPad of previous three I’ve owned. 5 stars.Have put this renewed Apple 12.9-inch 3rd gen. 64GB space grey iPad Pro through the trenches, and happy to report everything is excellent. iPad arrived 1 week ago, well packaged in generic box. A generic 5W black charger was included, as noted in other reviews. Based on reviews, I separately purchased a variable-wattage USB-C 18W fast charger with over-charge protection, but that is probably not necessary for everyone, because the included charger works fine (just much slower).The device looks brand new, with no evidence of prior use. The device came with a 66% charge, which was plenty for initial setup. I used the device until the charge was completely depleted, and then I recharged to a full 100%. Restoring previous iPad backup through iCloud to new device was fast and problem-free. I tested all areas of the screen for touch sensitivity. I connected and manually disconnected several times from wifi fine. I downloaded latest iOS and installed fine. I contacted AppleCare, which provided a web address to enter a serial number to check for any remaining AppleCare coverage. It had expired, as expected with a refurbished device. I tested the device’s charging capability with the Apple Pencil (sold separately) and have used the iPad for 6-10 hours daily for several weeks without any glitches.Everything is in perfect working order and appears brand new. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend Amazon Renewed products based on this one experience. Although a few report problems here, many customers who are happy with their purchase don’t bother writing reviews, so negative experiences can seem more prevalent. Amazon’s 90-day refund policy greatly helped in making the decision to take a chance on a refurbished device.Five stars all around from a very picky first-time Amazon Renewed customer who requires a reliable, stable device for work.

Surprisingly Amazing
Just received my iPad a few days ago. I was really nervous to order refurbished, especially after reading some reviews, but decided to do it anyway knowing I could just return if it didn’t work out. Needless to say I was blown away with the quality of the item I received. Only one tiny scratch on the screen that’s not noticeable once a screen protector was applied. The item charges and holds a charge as expected. Really impressed with this renewed product!

Great so far!
While this isn’t the seller’s fault, I didn’t get my iPad until a week later because fedex is awful and I needed to sign for the package but got the iPad today and it is amazing! Was a little concerned with packaging just with the box moving, I could feel the iPad moving around and I even heard Siri talking while in the box and the IPad was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. Through the minimal wrapping and padding, my iPad was safe and sound, just a tiny dent by the charging port which I read a lot of reviews had. I don’t mind the dents since I already had a case purchased and as long as the iPad works fine, dents and scratches don’t bother me. I was a little scared to buy an iPad refurbished but this one is amazing! I will say that the charger that came with it doesn’t work but I had another charger anyways that worked. Great buy!

Blown Away With The Quality and Incredible Deal!
I’ve always wanted to own a 12.9 inch iPad Pro but the price for a new one was always way too expensive for me. I never thought I would actually get to own one day until I decided to take a look at the refurbished market. I was very hesitant to buy one since I have never owned or purchased a refurbished product before. Especially after reading some of the bad reviews on here it made me have some serious doubts that I would ever be satisfied with one. However, after reviewing the 90 day return policy I figured I could just return it and get my money back if I wasn’t happy with it so I decided to pull the trigger and oh boy, I am so happy I did!I bought the 2018 256gb 12.9 inch iPad Pro WiFi only model with the excellent condition description. It was delivered 2 days earlier than the original estimated delivery date and they actually sent me the Wi-Fi plus cellular model even though I paid for just the Wi-Fi one but hey I am not complaining lolI don’t know if I just got lucky with mine but I am honestly blown away with the condition, it literally looks brand new and I cannot find any scratches on the body or on the screen. All 4 speakers work and are loud and clear. The microphones, camera, screen brightness and responsiveness, and battery work flawlessly and I cannot find anything wrong with it. I don’t know if the previous owner took excellent care of it or if it was refurbished very extensively or what but I am so grateful and happy with my purchase.I bought Apple’s USB-C charger for it so I can’t speak of the charger that comes in the box. I also bought the Apple Smart Folio case for it at Walmart for $30 and also put a screen protector on it right away. I feel like I have a brand new iPad Pro in my hands for half the price of a brand new one. This 2018 iPad Pro is still very fast and worth it in 2023. The A12X bionic processor is still blazing fast and the 120Hz screen refresh rate makes it feel even faster. It feels like I am using the latest iPad generation model especially after installing iPadOS 16.2 on it which also includes Stage Manager (this is the oldest iPad Pro model that supports Stage Manager)Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend! I actually wrote this review on the iPad lol

Great for it’s price
Be very mindful that the tablet IS in fact renewed. Meaning it belong to someone, they didn’t want it, and the sellers test the iPad to make sure it’s still functional before selling it. There is a chance will be some slight flaws with your tablet that maybe over looked when you receive it but nothing that would hinder the performance of the tablet. Sometimes things get over looked, it happens.With that said I am absolutely in love with the quality of my tablet. A friend of mine recommended me this seller since it’s where they got their iPad so I took her word on it. I wanted to wait a bit before making a review incase something happens to the tablet but so far I haven’t come across any major issues.First of all it came in the mail 3 days early than expected so I was super excited to get home from work and try it out. Everything is super responsive to touch and to my pen, and the magnetic charge for the pen works as intended and charges fast. The battery on the tablet itself works fine, the only thing I noticed was that it takes a while for it to charge but that could just be my charger itself but the tablet does last for the whole day when I’m drawing and when I plug it in at night before I go to bed I wake up and it’s ready for me to get back to work on.Minor scratches on the back and corner of the tablet but nothing that a case cover can’t hide. Both sides of the speakers work so I can play music while I draw or YouTube videos, sound quality is alright but nothing worth bragging about.I haven’t tried video calling with it or the camera because it’s not something I would do with it, however when I hook it up to my computer to do streaming there is no latency.Overall I’m pleased with the product, it runs like new and it does what I intend for it to do- draw digital art with. If you’re looking for an iPad that won’t break your bank this is worth, plus they do guarantee a return or exchange if there is anything wrong with it. I say it’s worth buying, but don’t expect a brand spanking new iPad straight out of an apple box. There will be some small flaws with it but nothing that hinders the performance of the iPad.

My came in with a nice dent on the lower back of the tablet. They come with literally no power at all, the charging cable doesn’t work right away had to switch it out a few times. But other then simple issues it’s a great value for your money. I got the 1TB storage. Will update if issues with battery life come up. 11/14/22

Just received the 12.9 Wifi and Cellular 512 GB ipad pro- 3rd gen and it’s awesome! I was debating between getting this model w 512GB or the newer model with 128GB and I’m soooo happy with this version. I don’t need 3 cameras- but I do need memory and a speedy processor and this is perfect. It came and charged up right away- not even 1 scratch and has been holding a solid charge already. I added a sim card and everything has been working flawlessly. (this thing really looks brand new)I also ordered the Logitech slim folio pro case and keyboard (also refurbished) and it too came looking brand new and is an amazing case and much more affordable option than the apple magic keyboard.I give this seller 5 stars because it not only shipped fast but I got a brand new looking Ipad pro w 512gb of memory for less than half of what a new one would cost.

I really like the iPad. The power supply, on the other hand…
I received the product well packed and in good condition. The battery appeared to be completely depleted. It came with a generic 3 Amp power adapter, and a nice long (10 foot) and apparently heavy duty power cable. I liked that. I plugged in the power supply and waited for it to charge. At length, I noticed that there was a faint (I’m hard of hearing) beep sound coming out of the iPad about every 15 seconds. After some investigating, I found that the beep sound was because the iPad battery was going off and on charge, regularly. I unpluged the charger, and – no exaggeration – it was so hot that I promptly dropped it. I then found a power supply from one of my other devices, and the beeping stopped and a normal charge resumed. After my charger (2.5 Amp) had been charging the iPad for several hours, the IPad was charged and my adapter did get slightly warm, but it never did get hot. I checked the writing on the supplied adapter and it said something that surprised me. It had current specifications for 5 Volt (3A), for 9 Volt (1.67A), and for 12 volt (1.5A). It has no switches or any way I know of to set the voltage. It’s my guess that it’s “smart voltage selection” was stuck on 12 Volts and that it was trying to pump that much into the iPad. This was and is a concern, but I have 90 days to see if it will be okay. I hope so as I otherwise like this iPad. I reached out to the seller though email to request a new charger, which is according to the instructions on a flyer inserted in the box, but so far have heard nothing from them. I guess my next move will be to reach out to Amazon.So Far I am satisfied with the iPad. The edge of the aluminum shell around the front screen has a few small nicks, I guess in testament to the fact that it has been opened. However, I have not noticed anything negative in the performance. On powering up, before it was functional, the center of the screen was grayed out and I thought I had received a bad unit, but after the battery charged and it did the OS update, it was fine. As a part of powering it up, it automatically did an OS update to 15.4.1. The model number shown in settings is A1652, which I guess makes it a Gen 1, 2015 model. I have purchased a minimalistic protective screen and cover for the iPad.So far, I am satisfied. If that changes, or if I get a power supply, I’ll add that information to this review.I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. The vendor has sent me an apple charger, so I am happy about that, and I STILL really like this iPad. I have shown it to my son who is in the market for a tablet to function as a ‘Glass Cockpit’ for an airplane he is reworking, and he was impressed with this unit. He may choose to get one. Also, because I have become more comfortable with it, and my initial case is more minimalistic than I want to trust a valued iPad to, I have ordered a hard case for it.So, for now, there is not anything that I feel uncomfortable about concerning this iPad, and I am cautiously looking forward to a long association with it, charger, battery, and all.

This is absolutely OK for a price like that because when this iPad they come out it was really expensive and if you still go on Apple website and you try to order it’s so expensive is it going to Walmart and you try to order like a really brand brand new one it’s still expensive like in the $900 in as a student and I basically use this to take notes and just try to help me understand stuff better I understand this this I could maybe try to get some touch up or bring it to story repair like the repair stores and try to see if I just to get some touchups just as if you find if I dropped it but Amazon you should totally like slow down on excepting this Apple stuff but like I said the condition it is in is completely acceptable very much for the price a little pricey because the iPad seventh generation looks way better at the $500 price then this iPad Pro so I would rather get the iPad mini for 500 then this…… so Like I said I use this to take notes and study and just kind of carried around not nothing too big I use it for a lab but like I said because it’s like something that I really need right now in and because the screen in digital it’s not that bad I might just keep it and if it’s not working out I will return it because of the scratches all crazy is crazy and unacceptable all these dents is crazy…. But if you are someone else looking for like a completely brand brand-new off Apple straight out the box I would really really recommend you to just go on the Apple website and just order a freshal one right there or just go to Walmart or target and just order fresh new box right there it’s probably going to be about $900 so but this the way it’s looking is not that bad but the scratches a little bit too much I don’t know if this person was playing right arm wrestle with this iPad but it’s a little crazy also it is very slow I don’t understand why it is very slow but it is transferring my information from my old iPad to this one the new one takes a very long time don’t understand why should I take that long for a iPad that’s 64 gigs my old one is 32 gigs so if it’s something you really need do you need it all polished new and beautiful because of some type of work you do I really recommend you should just go straight off the app and get a brand new one I just need this for the moment in the meantime I will work on getting a brand new one 2022 so double think if it’s just something you wanna need for a moment but I just think it’s a little pricey for all this messed up .

Very Pleased.
I got the iPad a couple weeks ago and I’m really happy so far. I got it to be a drawing tablet and it’s serving its purpose fantastically. It came in like-new condition as advertised, with the only evidence of it ever being used being a tiny scuff on the outer casing that I only noticed because I was looking closely for any imperfections. I was also shocked at how inexpensive this was, and therefore was very much expecting there to be something wrong with it, but it functions flawlessly as far as I can tell. Well worth the buy.

Excellent for the price
Short Summary: Excellent purchase! The IPad came with a screen protector and there were only a small amount of scuffs on the sides especially around the USB-c port but you wouldn’t notice it unless you’re staring a few inches from it and it’s irrelevant if you put a case on it. For the price, 2018 256gb IPad Pro 12.9 for 580 is a steal. Make sure you go to your settings and check the storage to make sure you got what you purchased!

It arrived quickly which was nice and also came with a wall adapter and cable. The only issue was I ordered an “excellent” condition device and there were physical dings in most corners, large scratches on the display and metal frame, and very obvious from holding at arms length. I totally understand if I had ordered a “good” or “fair” device but the condition rating of this device did not match up with what I had received.I’m hesitant to order more devices (these are for customers) because the grading scale seems to be inconsistent.

Apple’s update killed it! Nightmare!
UPDATE: After 2 weeks of trying to restore using 2 different MacBook Pros, 3 different USB cables, being told be 2 professional iPad service centers they won’t even look at this model iPad and 2 Apple support representatives told me my only option would be to purchase a replacement for $649, I FIXED IT MYSELF! Well, my son helped. We connected my iPad to his WINDOWS machine and used a 3rd party application called Reiboot to download a patch over 1GB to full restore the iPad. It failed once and then we tried it again by selected their “DEEP RESTORE” option. 15 minutes and $30 later, the iPad was restored. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars since I was an anomaly.I saved up for this iPad. It arrived in perfect condition. Worked great for 6 months. Until last week when I was prompted to update it via Apple’s notifications. That was the last time I would be able to use the iPad! Somewhere during the update, the iPad rebooted, showed the Apple logo for a minute, went black, showed the logo, went black, logo, black, logo, for a couple of HOURS!I learned this is called “boot-loop” and it’s not good.I googled and found Apple’s page showing step-by-step how to solve it. Connect the iPad via a USB-C to USB cable to your computer (Macbook Pro) and via iTines or Finder (depending on OS) manually force the update. BUT, the update failed and I received a message that I could ONLY RESTORE the iPad. Wow. Okay fine. Start all over.The RESTORE got to about 85-90% and that’s when the final nail in the coffin was struck. I got the “Unkown error code (9)”!THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU EVER WANT TO SEE!I tried a 2nd Macbook with the same results!I spent days googling and trying what the internet recommends and NOTHING worked. I consulted with a professional iPad service center and they told me over the phone that my iPad has suffered a FATAL hardware malfunction due to the software update.Yes, you read that correctly. A SOFTWARE update damaged the HARDWARE of the iPad.It’s dead and can’t be fixed unless taken apart, tested and repaired manually with skill and the right tools.I have a $900 paperweight! All because I tapped the UPDATE button! I’m an animator, musician and used this iPad every day for zoom calls, Slack, internet, gaming, drawing, animating, everything. I tapped UPDATE and now I’m out over $900 for nobody’s fault except Apple’s shoddy manufacturing.I used to be a fan of Apple but this will be the last time I spend money on an Apple product. They went downhill after Mr. Jobs passed. This is not the only example I’ve seen where the quality did not meet expectations or the price I paid for it.I’m frustrated and angry. I spent over $1000 if you include the Apple Pencil and cool keyboard case – all to use this iPad for SIX MONTHS! NEVER AGAIN!BUYER BEWARE!UPDATE: Apple support told me this is not a model they can repair. A replacement model can be sent for $649 tho 🙁

Great Purchase, Great Seller!
I use my iPad mainly for reading, taking notes, and streaming video. I don’t have a use for a fancy camera (I use my phone for that), or the extra power that one of the newer models has (I use my laptop for that). I had iPad airs since they came out, and currently still have my iPad air 4th generation, but I was itching for a portable bigger screen without having to pay a premium price for extra features and capacity that I would not need. My main concerns were a clean screen and a battery that could hold a charge. The screen is “like new”, with no scratches and the battery life is close to 100%! 🙂 Sure, it has some microscratches on the back, only perceptible when looking at an inch or less and with good light, but they are not perceptible to the touch. Considering this is a 2018 model, it couldn’t be in better conditions and I couldn’t have gotten a better deal. Very happy with this buying experience, and I will trust this seller for future purchases. (shipping was fast, it arrived a day earlier than expected!!!)

Lo que no me agradó, fue que compré este iPad reacondicionado porque decía excelente condición, pero tiene una o dos dents en el marco del iPad y atrás tiene una scratch muy visible. Lo demás todo bien.

The iPd Pro Gen 1 I purchased was in pristine condition. The screen was very clear and the speakers worked flawlessly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the battery life and touch screen yet either! Overall great experience!

Bought this in June. Okay so first thing I noticed when I got the package was how absolutely inadequately it was packaged, It was in this literal plastic wrap just in a normal yellow package. Like Jesus, but somehow luckily, it wash damaged at all. When I went to look at the iPad, there was really only one tiny imperfection, was kinda like a small cut on the lower end, its not really noticeable, you have to look really hard. On top of that they also gave me a cellular version instead of normal wifi so that was pretty cool. Few months later with the Apple Pencil, I love this tablet. So lightweight, so fast, beautiful screen and solid audio. Especially if you have a MacBook, you can use it as a second display kinda. so far this device is really great.

Overall the iPad works great. The only downside was that I was expecting it to be in better packaging and there was a slight scratch on the iPad. Other than that, it is a good purchase.

Excellent value
Went looking for an ipad for sheet music reading since by ensemble is now taking the digital distribution plunge. Decided on a 12.9″ display since it was closest in actual size to an 8.5 x 11 page. So far, for what I need it to do, it is a great value for me. The guy distributing the music uploads them as png files- so I need to convert and combine each individual page file to a pdf and then using ForScore to view and mark up. Since I can do all this on one device in a few minutes, I find this to be an invaluable resource now. Thanks so much! Even the battery life is excellent- maybe I lucked out, but I am surely happy with this buy.

Great but I’m worried
The iPad was in perfect condition or almost… crystal clear screen, the only other scratches I saw was a dot by the camera. Everything works like expected.However, the charging port kinda worries me a bit. It is charging fine but the charging piece inside is bent, not to mentioned that it is extremely scratched up. I don’t know how much repairing cost will be in the future, but I have a feeling that I might end up having to replace this later, depending on how long I use this ipad.

Received a company-issued managed iPad
Mixed bag on this device. When I went to set it up I was hit with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) warning– apparently this was issued to an employee of Stripe at some point. Somehow, either by buying excess office equipment (or theft,) this seller got ahold of it. When you factory reset a device like this it doesn’t override the MDM profile that was set. Booting into the iPad gave me a home screen full of proprietary Stripe stuff– meeting schedulers, corporate IT help, etc. I couldn’t remove OR hide any of these apps, and it seemed like corporate had the ability to wipe the device remotely (unlikely, but not exactly reassuring.)After banging my head against this thing for the better part of 24 hours, I was finally able to remove the MDM. tl;dr for anyone else in this position: download MDMPatcher-Universal off of github and install it onto macOS. If you are on a PC, you can download VMWare and install it there. Entire process takes about an hour and a half, but after you have macOS installed on your machine (with MDMPatcher,) you can remove the MDM from a freshly wiped and reset iPad. You’ll need to completely reset the iPad AND not configure anything on it (if you connect to wifi you’ll need to reset and do the whole process over again.)Honestly it’s kind of ridiculous that I had to go through these hoops. I was prepared to just return this one and buy another one, but thankfully this workaround actually seemed to do the trick. I’m irritated that I had to spend so much time getting it to work, but at least it’s working now.Pros:-Pretty excellent condition minus one ding in a corner. Looks like it was dropped once, but no damage to screen or surrounding area.Cons:-Based on what other reviewers have said, seems like you really have a mixed bag about where your hardware is coming from.

Great device – gently used and in perfect working order
Purchased a “renewed” iPad Pro to replace my old iPad Air. Despite being an older model, it arrived well packaged and with the correct accessories. I use it mainly for media consumption (streaming, eReader, parsing emails). With a keyboard folio, this has completely replaced my MacBook Air in use and my iPad Air. The battery life is great, the screen is incredible, and it’s a comfortable size and weight for me. Larger than the old iPad, but about the same as the MacBook.

Perfect, but not so perfect
I wanted this large tablet for a 53 year old iPad user who needed a larger screen. That is the perfect part! Nice big screen, perfect quality screen, but the battery lasts less than one hour so I had to return it.

Highly Questionable Battery Life On This Apple I—Pad.
Overall, the refurbished (second—hand) Apple I—Pad Pro that I purchased works as advertised. No problems there. However, I am very disappointed in its battery life. I recharged it three times, on three different days all the way up to 100% and after shutting it off for 24–hours, I cannot manually power my I—pad on again without having to plug it back into A/C power with the supplied charger. According to Apple, the battery life on their I—pads is supposed to be good for ten—hours (minimum) while in—use. THIS battery “dies,” after being fully—charged & then turned off for 24–hours. I don’t know if it’s something that I am doing wrong (on my part) in turning my I—pad off when I am finished using it or if the actual battery itself is either defective or has just gone bad. Apple’s I—devices are all factory sealed, so I cannot take it apart to try & troubleshoot the battery on my own (which might void the warrantee on it anyway). I will try to make do with it for now until I can locate an OPEN Apple Care store that can troubleshoot my I—pad & replace the battery for me if it needs to be replaced. However, due to the COVID—19 pandemic, it might be some time before any of Apple’s stores are able to re—open again. Will have to wait and see.

I was nervous to buy this as I saw some bad reviews but after thinking about it I realized that it was a risk I was willing to take. I figured if it didn’t work out and the product was damaged, then I can just return it. However, it was perfect. No damage, not even little cosmetic issues. The batter is long lasting, everything works as it should, no problems. I already had the original apple chargers so I haven’t used the one that came with the product yet. I recommend giving this shop a try if you don’t want to pay for a brand new Apple product.

I usually don’t write any reviews but since this is a pretty costly item and there’s conflicting reviews here’s my experience the item came packaged properly super fast shipping I got it literally the next day for some odd reason which worked out great for me also everything works fine battery has lasted really really good throughout the whole day I need this for a new business I got into so I bought it because it would save me 500 bucks versus buying a new one I don’t need all the fancy cameras all I need is a large display so the product looks nine out of 10 honestly it has a small nicks that I included on the picture that’s it I am satisfied honestly if you’re having doubts don’t have any either way you can return it I am satisfied as a client thank you

From the reviews I was a little leary buying a refurbed/renewed IPad to replace the one I had, based on the few bad reviews. But either I got lucky or they had bad luck. . Crystal clear screen, no scratches, cracks etc, touch screen works fine. Overall body was clean, no scratches dents etc. iPad works flawlessly so far with no issues, holds a charge, etc. only true thing in the bad reviews I read, that proved true, it is an after market charger that it came with so it wouldn’t charge as fast with it as an oem apple charger, but I still had my old one so…..Overall very satisfied

Everything is great but get a charger
This is a great buy!! I was very weary because of the first couple reviews but i did it anyway cause this is a steal loll, i got it in less than a week and it was clean and looked great coming out the box, no scratches on body only the smallest on the screen and it doesn’t affect anything, it works perfect and i have no complaints, and get your own charger the one i got didn’t work and just fyi it does not come in original box. If you want an iPad this right here is it. Update, my aunt bought one and it’s great with no scratches she did need to get a charger as well. ** almost a year later and I’m a full iPad kid!!! typing this on it rn

Best deal out there when assessing what iPad to buy for school! I read up on the differences between models and the only discrepancy between the 5th Generation and the 3rd was the camera which was an unnecessary feature for my needs. Product came in excellent condition, like mentioned when purchasing, and I am very satisfied with my purchase! Will definitely be buying ‘Excellent Condition Refurbished’ from now on.

Try your luck, if you’re not picky it might be worth it
After extensive research and thought, I finally settles on getting a new ipad pro as a replacement for my ailing macbook air. I work in a creative feild which requires lots of drawings, photo research, photo manipulation, and hours spent playing shows and movies while I work. For most of those points, it works brilliantly. My creative work is stream lined and available all in one place. It serves as a professional method of presentation with it’s sleek body and bright screen. It is the only art material I have tried (in part thanks for the Procreate App) which delivers on the notion of improving an artist’s ability.However, the charging cable and/or iPad itself takes hours upon hours to charge. It’s to the point which I cannot watch netflix on wifi at the same time as charging the ipad because it will continue to drain the battery. I don’t think it’s acceptable to have a cable which doesn’t supply adequate charging to this device. I have also seemed to notice small glitches. They’re all different and subtle so it’s hard to remember or care to keep track, but it seems to me to signal a well used ipad before it’s time with me.This was also the second ipad I ordered from amazon, with the first one suddenly going AWOL mid trasnit never to be heard from again and with no communication from the vendor. I have also contacted this second vendor and not heard anything back. At this point, despite no physical appearance of use, I am planning on returning the ipad and putting in the extra money to buy a certified apple refurbished ipad.TL;DRWorth a shot, but as creative professional and needing a reliable computer replacement, I’m opting to pay the extra money for a certified apple refurbish rather than the 3rd party refurbs on amazon.

First time Ipad owner … Not a great experience.
I received my first Ipad Pro quickly and packaged very well. Upon opening it I noticed a one inch gash in the screen that you could definitely feel with your fingernail/apple pencil. Ok these things happen no biggy so I returned it and got another one.The second one had a hairline scratch a out 2 inches long on the left side of the screen. The scratch gave that rainbow effect when looking at it so it was definitely noticeable. Ok this really sucks but surely I can’t get THREE damaged ones in a row. (Mind you I’m out $1060 at this point because of waiting to return it, shipping and processing speeds and waiting for refund) regardless I ordered a third.The THIRD one also has a small chip on the screen! RIDICULOUS and unacceptable. Whoever is refurbishing these ipads needs to be a bit more careful. The devices all functioned properly but considering one of the main selling points of an ipad is the large beautiful screen I’d expect it to be exceptional! It is promised “good as new” according to Amazons Renewed guidelines…but that was not the case for any of them.I need the ipad for work and could not keep swapping them in and out and honestly it became expensive to keep buying new ones before I get refunded! I’m hoping tossing a screen protector on it will help but it’s pretty bad that I received THREE damaged ones.As far as the ipad itself goes it’s a wonderful device. Not my first apple product but my first Ipad and I’m enjoying it so far. Shipping was FAST it was packaged pretty well so I’d be inclined to think any damage incurred before being shipped out.Hopefully this issue gets fixed and others won’t need to deal with it like I did. A small part of my brain still wants to try a 4th time but I need to wait for the refunds to go through first 😂 maybe I’ll learn to live with it until then but since I know it’s there I’ll ALWAYS notice it.

I’m always a little nervous when purchasing a refurbished product, but I’ve had pretty good luck on Amazon so far. Here’s my experience with my new-to-me iPad to help anyone who may be skeptical or afraid to pull the trigger on this purchase. Here’s what to expect.As for condition? The iPad I received came in very good cosmetic shape, with only a few minor scratches on the screen, but unfortunately there was one very deep scratch that is about half an inch long that I can see even when the display is on. It is pretty easy to get past and only noticeable when you are very close to the screen. The aluminum enclosure is in near perfect condition and looks very close to brand-new. There may be a very tiny nick here and there, but nothing that is easily spotted or a cause of concern. Battery life for me may be slightly degraded from when it was straight out of the box, but iPads have awesome battery life for pretty much any situation, so it still lasts a very long time. And also note that the updated iPad Pros that released in 2018 charge with a USB-C cable. This means a standard Apple lightning connector will not work.I have been through a ton of what this iPad can do and it works beautifully for all I’ve asked from it. The display is phenomenal. 12.9 inches from corner to corner, which is a joy to work on. There’s plenty of room to work, study, and play. Watching movies and shows is also a fantastic experience being all-screen. Even 4 years later in late-2022, this thing is speedy quick and packs plenty of performance for your day-to-day tasks. It doesn’t skip a beat and Apple is still providing software updates for it as well. The camera is also very clear for a tablet and offers great performance for what it is.So far, I’d say this is an incredible deal on such a powerful device that feels like it will have no problem powering into the future for many more years to come.

The only flaw that I could possibly point out would be the battery life. It does seem to go dead a little quicker that id expect. It also stops charging while on the charger sometimes. Other than that, it is amazing. I do not regret my decision to purchase from Amazon Renewed!
